BIOGRAPHY

Hrvoje Pelcl, PhD, joined the Law Firm Grgić & Partners in 2002 as a trainee lawyer. Currently he is a partner and a board member. He was born in 1974. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Split in 1998 and passed the bar examinations in 2002. He received a PhD in 2019 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica on the topic: „Liability of the state for damages incurred by the government and local authorities as well as by other government entities due to their illegal and irregular work in domestic law and European Union law“. His main areas of practise are Civil, Administrative and Commercial Law.
