BIOGRAPHY

Ivica Cosić, PhD, was born in 1973. He has been working for the Law Firm Grgić & Partners since it’s foundation. He graduated from the Faculty of Split in 1998 and in 2002 he passed the bar examination. He received a PhD in 2022 at the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica on the topic: „Application of the principle of good faith in contractual relationships with particular regard to the insurance contract“. His main areas of practise are Civil law, in particular compensation of damages, and Commercial law. He is a partner in the Firm.
